Fringed Myotis

(Myotis thysanodes)

myotis lucifugus

Fringed Myotis are known to migrate, but little is known about their movements. Mating takes place in the autumn. Like many of the Northwest bats, ovulation, fertilization, and implantation are delayed until females emerge from their winter hibernation in late April or May, and one baby is born in late June or early July.
